Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAJESWARAN, Advocate M/S.P.KRISHNAVENI, Advocate for the petitioner in both mp's and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both mp's, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in granting anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD)No.16201 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023 and extension of further 2 weeks time for complying the condition. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.This Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 10.10.2023. However, till date, he has not furnished sureties before the Court below. Accordingly, the modification petition in Crl.MP(MD)No.15573 of 2023 is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kodaikonal, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
