Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioner's terminal benefits towards gratuity amount Rs.7,28,339/-, Commutation amount Rs.2,85,000/- and Leave Salary Rs.5,48,250/- along with 18% interest per annum within a stipulated time frame as may be fixed by this Honble Court.

Cont.P.(MD)No.1285 of 2018 in 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.09.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 22.06.2016, passed in W.P.(MD)No.10950 of 2016 has been complied with and sought time to produce the proceedings. Therefore, the matter was adjourned to 03.10.2019. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings dated 03.10.2019 with regard to compliance of the said order.
