Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.5,48,020/- towards Gratuity, Rs.3,61,907/- towards Leave Salary and Rs.95,940/- towards encashment of Leave on Personal Affairs together with 18% interest per Annam within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble Court.
