O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to modify the Condition No.1 imposed by the learned Principal District and Session Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Cr.M.P.No.3784 of 2024. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. 3.The grievance of the petitioner pertains to one of the condition that was imposed by the Court below directing the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- directly to the defacto complainant. 4.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are willing to deposit this amount and that if the amount is directly paid to the defacto complainant it will prejudice their rights.

5.Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition No.(i) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Crime No.177 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam. The time granted by the Court below is extended for a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. 6.In the result, this criminal original petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
