O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the offences by including Section 376 of IPC and Section 3(i)(xii) of SC & ST PA Act 1989 in Crime No.35 of 2011, dated 02.08.2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Golden Rock, Trichy and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to conduct the investigation and file a final report in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case both parties have entered into compromise and therefore, the case was closed as 'Action Dropped'.
