Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from appointing anybody to the post of Mini Anganvadi Worker and Anganvadi Helper in any of the Anganvadi Centre and Mini Anganvadi Centre at Karur District and consequently, direct the respondents to call afresh by paper advertisement in the news paper as per G.O.Ms.No.110, dated 14.05.2012 of Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme (SW7) Department, Tamil Nadu Government and conduct the interview, publish the result and make appointment based on the merits of the result in a transparent manner by following the rule of reservation and roaster.
