Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVAKUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition in para No.5 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2288 of 2020, dated 10.02.2020. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the averments made in this petition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2288 of 2020, dated, 10.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall regularly appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates and also report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.00 am.
