Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.6,23,726/- towards Gratuity Rs. 2,38,469/- towards Leave Salary Rs. 4,360/- towards refundable deposits and also arrears of wages for the period from 01.09.13 to 31.03.2015 payable pursuant to new wage settlement dated 13.04.2015 together with 18% interest per annum, along with inters amount towards the delayed payment of EPF Employees Contribution amount Rs, 2,90,921/- for the period from 31.03.2016 to 24.09.2016 at the rate as per EPF Scheme and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.2,59,468/- towards the pension commutation amount together with 18% interest per annum within a time frame.

Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 23.08.2016, made in W.P.(MD)No.14782 of 2016, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 23.08.2016, passed in W.P.(MD)No.14782 of 2016, has been complied with. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a sum of Rs.32,523/- is due to the petitioner.

3.Recording the above said submissions, this contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents for the remaining amount, if any.
