ORDER

The challenge in the writ petition is to the enquiry report issued under Section 88 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 dated 17.03.2017 by the third respondent, pursuant to which the respondents had initiated 87 proceedings, which would only mean that the enquiry under Section 81 of the Act had already been over and further proceedings had been dropped.

2. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this writ petition had become infructuous and therefore, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
