ORDER

This Petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue non traceable certificate in respect of a missing document, viz., Original Sale deed in Document No.2790/1993 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Gandhipuram.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2025 would be considered, in the light of the circular issued by the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu in Rc.No.2029209/General.I(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022, within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
