The petitioner has sought for a direction to consider his representations dated 23.09.2024 and 08.10.2024 and to take necessary action for removal of the illegal and unauthorised construction.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's representations are dated 23.09.2024 and 08.10.2024 and are also pending with the official respondents, the sixth respondent, who would be the appropriate authority, is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.09.2024 and 08.10.2024 after affording an opportunity to the private respondents herein within period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. In fine this writ Petition is disposed of.
