This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to call for the records connected with Form No.8 in C.E.P.No.103/2011-12/Thani dated 30.08.2017 and Form No.9 in C.E.P.No.103/2011-12/Thani dated 30.08.2017 on the file of the respondent No.3 and quash them as illegal."

2. It is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader that the petitioner had paid an amount of Rs.2,89,088/ and there is no amount pending from the petitioner. Therefore, the attachment shall be raised.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
