Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to direct the 5th respondent to return the deposit amount of Rs.1,02,000 (One Lakh and Two Thousand only) and Rs.1,00,000 (Rupees one lakh only) totally Rs.2,02,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs and Two Thousand only) to the petitioner which were deposited by him with the 5th respondent vide Fixed Deposit Receipt Nos.4699 and 4700 dated 02.07.2011 and 12.08.2011 respectively with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of deposit to the date of payment within the time.
