Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorararified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 3rd respondent dated 09.05.2016 in so far as the petitioner in Sl.NO. 5 therein is concerned and the consequential impugned order of 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No. 64005/2012/E5 dated 13.06.2016 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reimburse the medical claim of Rs. 3,30,363/- together with interest at the rate of 7.5% p.a. thereon to the petitioner covered by the medical records and Medical bills within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and pass such further order.

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 27.02.2017 made in W.P(MD)No.2928 of 2017 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

CONT. P(MD)No.1338 of 2018 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that by communication, dated 9.11.2018, the Petitioner has been asked to approach the authorities concerned for medical reimbursement either for himself or for his family would be considered, when the treatment has been taken in a non net-work hospital or un-approved hospital.

3.In view of the same, the Petitioner is directed to approach the authorities concerned for getting the benefit of medical reimbursement as per the Medical Attendant Rules.

4. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed. No Costs.
