2. When the matters were taken up for hearing on 17.09.2019, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence, the matters were directed to be posted today (01.10.2019). Even today also there is no representation for the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court, dated 02.09.2016, 19.09.2016, 26.09.2016 and 06.10.2019 passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.15437, 17569, 17594, 17595 and 19384 of 2016 respectively have been complied with. He further submitted that this Court directed the respondents to settle the terminal benefits payable to the petitioners and the respondents have already paid the entire amount and complied with the orders of this Court.

4. Recording the above said submission, these contempt petitions are closed.
