ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus to the 1st and 2nd respondents to restore the electricity service connection for his residential house in SC.No.05-314-029-469.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said electricity service connection is not disconnected as projected by the petitioner and it is active, however it stands in the name of the third respondent. Further there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and the RDO has passed orders in favour of the third respondent. The third respondent is no more.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
