Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks return of the original certificates. It is not in dispute that the petitioner did not adhere to the bond conditions. This Court therefore called upon the petitioner to execute an appropriate affidavit. Such an affidavit has been executed. It is taken on record. The petitioner will have to necessarily adhere to the undertaking given in the said affidavit, dated 24.01.2023. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that the petition mentioned original certificates have already been returned to the petitioner and that after the counselling process is over, the degree certificate also will be issued.
