Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to I.D KKM/01/RE460/69534 dated 01.04.2014 on the file of the 4th Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reimburse the amount of Rs. 1,93,009 (Rupees one lakh ninety three thousand and nine only) with 9% interest and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 17.06.2015 made in W.P.(MD) No. 18265 of 2014.

Cont. P(MD) No.1360 of 2018 2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the orders of this Court has been complied with.
3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, the medical reimbursement though has been paid back to the petitioner, the interest component has not been so far paid and it is assured on behalf of the respondent that, the interest would be paid later on. Therefore, without prejudice the right of the petitioner to claim such interest from the respondent, this contempt petition can be disposed of.
4.Recording the said statement, this contempt petition is closed in view of the aforesaid compliance. However, it is open to the petitioner to revive this contempt petition, if the interest component is not paid at a later point of time.
