This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.24 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that upon completion of investigation, the first respondent Police filed final report, which was taken on file in C.C.No.46 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 25.03.2024 Index :
