This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2024 and to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members.
2. It appears that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is a civil dispute. The learned counsel for the third respondent submits that the parties have resolved the dispute.
3. In any case, this Court is of the view that the respondent police have no jurisdiction to interfere in such a dispute, and therefore no direction can be issued as prayed for. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
