ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 07.06.2018 made in W.P(MD).No.12157 of 2018.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.06.2019, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that, the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent. However, there has been a complaint that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was not heard and without hearing him, an order was passed. Therefore, this Court directed the respondent to hear the petitioner and pass orders.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that after giving notice to the petitioner and after hearing the petitioner, now an order has been passed strictly in accordance with law and the direction issued by this Court. In support of his contention, the order, dated 12.07.2019 in Na.Ka.No.136/2018 has been produced. 4.I have perused the said order passed by the respondent. In view of the order passed by this Court has been complied with, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
