O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for not complying with the order passed by this Court dated 05.02.2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1704 of 2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the direction issued by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry on the complaint dated 05.01.2018 given by the petitioner and registered a case in crime No.631 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 447, 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C. and hence, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with.
