The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments made by TAN Tea shop run by the fifth respondent in Government road which is situated in South Beach Road, near Fishing Harbour, opposite to Madurai Coasts Mill Limited, Thoothukudi.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
