ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to afford sufficient police protection to the petitioner's life and limb against the respondents 4 to 6.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 02.12.2022.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the respondents 1 to 3.

4. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2/4

02.12.2022 and pass orders within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
