O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 4529/A2/2021 dated 25.11.2021, quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to pay the arrears of salary including subsistence allowance for the period from 19.09.2019 to 24.02.2021 to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner filed this Writ Petition challenging the regularization of his suspension period, he seeks permission of this Court to file a fresh representation for disbursement of subsistence allowances and arrears of salary.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation for disbursement of subsistence allowances and arrears of salary. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
