S.SRIMATHY,J PJL ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.2482 of 2024 dated 03.04.2024 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur.

2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is directed to stay in the foreigners Special Camp at Trichy, but there is no female inmates in the camp, hence, she sought some other place to stay. On earlier hearing, this Court directed the respondent police to file an affidavit as to clarify that if there is any special camp available for ladies. Today the respondent was filed an affidavit stating that this is the special camp for ladies and 12 inmates are available in the said camp. Therefore, the claim of the petitioner is incorrect. Hence, he prays that modification is not necessary.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, there is no necessity to modify the said order.
