for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(A), 25, 29(1) of the NDPS Act and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, in Crime No.306 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD). No.17656 of 2024 was dismissed as withdrawn considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner. Even though, a small quantity is involved in this case, the specific allegation is that the petitioner is a drug peddler. Hence, in the absence of any change in circumstances, this Court cannot entertain a fresh anticipatory bail petition and deal with it on merits.
