O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP (MD)No.12558 of 2018, dated 24.07.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 24.07.2018, the respondent police has conducted an enquiry and the case was closed as compromise has been entered into between the parties.
