ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submitted that after filing of this contempt petition, the contemnor/respondent has only paid a part of the maintenance amount and not paid the entire amount and still there is due in payment.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that already entire amount was paid. He further ensures that if there is any arrears of amount, the respondent would pay the entire amount within a period of two months. The said submission is recorded.
3. Considering the above submission, this Court finds that there is no wilful disobedience by the respondent herein and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action, if any arrears of amount is due in the manner known to law. 12.03.2024 PJL 2/3
