Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner is a street vendor and that he is being harassed at the instance of the rival bunk shop owner. Till date no FIR has been registered against the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.19389 of 2019 there is no proposal to register any FIR against the petitioner but if at all a case under Section 75 of the City Police Act is made out against them. Therefore, the apprehension of arrest is not warranted.

4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
