Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondents to pay the petitioner Rs.6,15,479/- towards Gratuity Rs.1,63,915/- towards Leave Salary Rs.3,860/- towards Refundable Deposits and also arrears of wages for the period from 01.09.13 to 31.03.15 payable pursuant to new wage settlement dated 13.04.15 together with 18% interest per annum along with interest amount towards the delay in paying EPF Employees Contribution Rs.3,00,265/- for the period from 31.05.16 to 21.02.17 at the rate as per as per EPF scheme and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.2,55,751/- towards the pension commutation together with 18% interest per annum. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the entire amount has been settled, except interest.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents, for payment of interest, if any.
