ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the old aged petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the case was registered in C.S.R.No.438 of 2022 and after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's present representation dated 06.10.2022 is pending before the third respondent.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
