Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.10,00,203/- towards Gratuity, Rs.3,39,400/- towards Leave Salary, Rs.25,000/- towards Social Security scheme benefit and Rs.5,000/- towards Refundable Deposits, together with 18% interest per annum, along with interest amount towards the delay in paying EPF Employees Contribution amount Rs.3,21,595/- for the period from 31.08.16 to 21.09.17 at the rate as per EPF Scheme and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.3,68,860/- towards the pension commutation together with 18% interest per annum within a timeframe as may be fixed by this Court.

Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 11.11.2016, passed in W.P.(MD)No.21700 of 2016, this contempt petition is filed. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court, dated 11.11.2016, made in W.P(MD)No.21700 of 2016, has been complied with.

3.Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
