Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.YOGESWARAN.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5766 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.569 of 2022 dated 12.06.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working in Tiruvallur District. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition to report before the concerned POCSO Court, Tiruvallur. 3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur, on the first working day of every English Calendar Month, till the disposal of the appeal. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in two months ie., on Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.This petition is ordered accordingly.
