Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner has given a letter dated 14.10.2019 to the Registry which reads as follows:

Sir, Sub: Withdrawal of Writ Petition in W.P. (MD)No.17393 of 2017-Reg.

I have filed the above Writ Petition for my client namely Perumal in the nature Writ of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.17393 of 2017 Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to register any documents in respect of the property which is situated in Survey No.198, TNHB Colony, Mela Anuppanadi Village, Madurai. Now the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case. Hence the petitioner instructed me to withdraw the above said Writ Petition in his withdrawal letter dated 30.09.2019.

Therefore, this Hon'ble Registry may be pleased to post the above said matter in the caption of Withdrawal on 15/10/20196.

2. Pursuant to the aforesaid letter, instant Writ Petition is listed under the caption 'FOR WITHDRAWAL' today.

3. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 (Official respondents) is before this Court, but, there is no representation for writ petitioner.

4. Be that as it may, in the light of the aforesaid letter and in the light of this writ petition being listed under the caption 'FOR WITHDRAWAL' today, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
