Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition No.6 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12187 of 2025, dated 25.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are labourers and they are living under poverty line. Hence, he prays for modification of the above-mentioned condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioners and considering the nature of offence, the condition No.6 imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.12187 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025, is modified as follows:- 2/4

''6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Additional Mahila Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with a common surety in respect of the petitioners 2 and 3 and independent sureties in respect of the first petitioner for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the police officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Mahila Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, and on further conditions that:"

5. Further, four weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 11.09.2025 vsg 3/4
