Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents Nos. 1-3 herein to recover the public funds of the Piramanampatti Village to a sum of Rs.60,28,130/- from the Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 as per the provision of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994, complying with the order of this Honble Court in W.P.No.6817/2011 dated 29.01.2014, which was misappropriated by the respondents Nos. 5-7 during their tenure from 2006-2010.
