Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.9,10,693- towards Gratuity, Rs.7,59,119/- towards E.P.F Employees Contribution and Rs.3,36,068/- towards Leave Salary, together with 18% interest per annum and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.3,35,610/- towards the pension Commutation, together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 24.08.2016, passed in W.P.(MD)No.15056 of 2016, this contempt petition is filed. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont P(MD)No.1451/2018 orders of this Court, dated 17.10.16, made in W.P(MD)No.19724 of 2016, the respondents have settled the terminal benefits in 12 instalments together with 6% interest and has also produced the details of payment.

3.Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggreived, it is open to him to file a fresh writ petition.
