[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the contemnor for deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.03.2018 in W.P.(MD) No.21335 of 2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings dated 30.03.2023, in compliance of the order passed by this Court.
