ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct further investigation in Cr.No.52 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police on 22.02.2023 within time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that on the date of the very registration of the FIR itself, one of the accused who is arrayed as Accused No.8, escaped to Singapore and because of his absence, there is no progress in the investigation.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after completing the investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Iluppur, showing the Accused No.8, as absconding accused and the same was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.9 of 2023.

4. If the petitioner got any grievance over the outcome of the investigation, he is at liberty to workout remedy through appropriate proceedings.
