Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari by calling for the records of the impugned order of the 3rd respondent dated 15.04.2016 in Na.Ka.No. A2/8/2015 and the order of the 1st respondent dated 08.05.2017 in order NO. 102/2017 and quash the same.
