2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.28 of 1/4

2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under 498(A), 494, 294(b), 506(ii), 120B IPC on 24.10.2021. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within two months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This petition is disposed of, accordingly.
