Prayer : Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to summon the respondent herein and try and punish them in accordance with law for their willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.(MD) No. 23200 of 2017 on the file of this Court dated 09.03.2018 and pass orders.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to 2nd respondent proceedings made in R.C.No.31031/2012 on the file of 2nd respondent dated 24.11.2017 pertaining to properties situated at Trichy District, Srirangam Taluk, Thimmarayasamuthiram Village, Block No.45, Ward B T.S.Nos.2058/1`, 2059/1, 2063/2 (two numbers) quash the same, and further direct the 2nd respondent to fix the compensation amount pertaining to above said properties before taken possession.
