Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the appeal Petitions filed by the 2nd respondent in Appeal Nos.1 to 7 of 2016, dated 22.09.2016 in respect of rectification of mistakes in the UDR Scheme relating to S.Nos.130 to 153 and S.Nos.160 to 167 with a total extent of 78.62 acres situated at Nattanikottai Village, Peravoorani Tk, Thanjavur Dist within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Honble Court.
