This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent and his police officials that not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of the enquiry based on the complaint of the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the main petition itself was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
