Since the relief sought for in this writ petition has been achieved through another writ petition, filed by the very same petitioner, in WP(MD)No.8529 of 2018, wherein by order dated 18.07.2014, the 2/4

learned Single Judge of this Court had directed the respondents to implement the E-Circular No.NBG-AB-IC&GL/ABU-ICGLGOLDLOAN/21/2023-24 dated 05.10.2023 and disposed of the said writ petition. Since the prayer sought for in this writ petition is similar to the one filed by the very same petitioner in WP(MD)No.3529 of 2018 and the relief has also been granted, this writ petition has now become infructuous.
