Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS to direct the respondents to admit the petitioner's son in the 6th respondent college to pursue MBBS course in compliance with the provisional allotment order dated 12.07.2018 issued by the 4th respondent in terms of Section 32 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (No.49 of 2016) within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner admit that the order passed by this Court in the Writ Petition was subsequently modified in the appeal preferred by the respondents. It is further submitted that the petitioner filed a contempt for disobedience of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench and that the said contempt petition was closed recording compliance. In the said circumstances, this Court find no purpose in keeping this Contempt Petition. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
