ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents herein to disburse the monetary benefits relating to the petitioner's husband, who died after being dismissed from service as a Grade - II Constable.
2. The petitioner's husband was working as a Grade - II Constable was dismissed from service on 18.09.2000 and he passed away on 21.05.2014. The wife of the deceased Constable has filed this writ petition for disbursal of the monetary benefits.

3. According to the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the Special Provident Fund has already been sanctioned and it will be disbursed within a period of ten days. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent submits as far as the GPF amount is concerned, the application will be forwarded today.
4. Considering the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the said application on receipt of the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of such application. In case of any delay in disbursal, the petitioner is entitled to seek for interest. The entire terminal benefits will carry interest at the rate of 6% from the due date along with eligible amount.
5. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
