The petitioner herein is the 9th accused in S.C.No.24/2011 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Assistant Sessions Judge, Sivagangai. In the above said case, based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the first respondent/police filed a final report for the offence punishable under Section 307 of IPC. Now, he approached this Court to call for the records of the above said case in S.C.No.24/2011 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Assistant Sessions Judge, Sivagangai and to set aside the same.

2.To day, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case in S.C.No.24/2011 was disposed of on 28.01.2016 itself. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
