PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to withdraw the investigation in Crime Nos.315, 392, 393 and 394 of 2022 from the file of the fourth respondent and transfer the same to the file of the fifth respondent with a direction to conduct an investigation in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, dated 31.01.2023, investigation in Crime Nos.315, 392, 393 and 394 of 2022 was undertaken by the Inspector of Police, Thideernagar Police Station, Madurai, and Final Reports have been filed in all those matters before the 2/5

concerned trial Court.
